Drag and Drop Issues

HELP ME

I have some questions needed responses by you guys:

Q1: How to let one item in two or more than two drop targets which is both correct?

For example: one text box "handsome " item can be droped in  target 1 or  target 2 (1 or 2 is still correct). You can see my illustration in this picture one commented

Q2: If we can do that, how to avoid draging two item in the same target. I do know that default drag and drop mode allows us use only one item to each drop target. But in this situation, one item can be droped in two targets which is still correct.
