We pushed out a certification to all employees recently (14,200) and we have had a handful (10-15) that the drag and drop interaction when set to "reveal items one at a time" did not work for them. It would only show the first item and after dropping it the second item is never displayed, and users have no way to complete the question. We are changing the activity to show all of the items at once. But I am wondering, does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
Users immediately think something is wrong with the course, but I realize it is likely some conflict with their PC. It would be nice to say it may be your version of flash, etc.
Hi, Alicia -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear that some of your learners are experiencing difficulties! Here is a copy of our System Requirements info, so you may want to follow up with the small group of 10-15 learners who have had troubles, and ensure that their system/browsers, etc. are all up to date to support SL2 content.
And may I ask: are you utilizing an LMS for learners to access the course or how are they viewing content? If you are using an LMS, you would be welcome to use the SCORM Cloud to test your published output to see if you encounter the same behavior in that environment or not.
You are also welcome to share your file if you would like us to take a closer look. :)
Might have been users' error. It's hard to say based on the limited information. We ended up changing the activity so ALL the items are shown from the begining and there haven't been any further issues with that.
we can't use the SCORM cloud, it is blocked by IT.
