Drag and Drop only working if I refresh screen

I have created 4 Pick Many drag and drop scenarios. The first scenario works great, if I drag the 4 correct signs onto the window it advances to the next slide which is just a YEAH YOU DID IT. Then they click next and go onto the next scenario. However, when I do that one correctly it does not advance. But, if I refresh my screen and go back and do it again it works. I have to refresh my screen for all of the last 3 scenarios in order for them to work. My co-worker also tried and the same thing happened. My triggers are all identical. The only thing that I did different is that I created the first scenario separate until I could get it to work, then copied it 3 times and replaced the graphics. Any ideas? It's proprietary, so I really can't send it. Thanks!
