drag and drop picture genrates value for calculation

Hi,

I'm evaluating storyline and have been immersed in the forum to find this answer. I'm pretty sure this can be done but as I said I'm new. 

Situation

-User drags and drops and object (picture) to target location.  The picture will carry an associated dollar value for a "total" calculation.

As an example:

-I'm building a picture that has 5 components

-Each component has two options (each option has a different assigned dollar value)

-User drags one of the two options for each of the five component to build the picture

-As the options are added a total of cost of these options are tallied
