Drag and Drop Scene

Hello Heroes,
I am using the drag and drop feature with a word bank to match two columns with the correct words horizontally across. The words in the first column do not need to be in any particular order so long as they match with the correct word in the second column. I currently have each word matching to a specific target area. How can I make it so that the order on the left doesn't matter so long the word matching is aligned. Please see attached with the answer key. Thanks in advance!

Do they need to know if it's a derailer or driver?
If so, there are two activities: one sorts by derailer/driver and from there the other matches.
If that's the case, I'd possibly do something like, drag all of the derailers to the derailing column. Once that's complete, have them match the drivers (which would be remaining) to the proper derailer.
Curious as to what others think.
