Drag and Drop - Sending an object backwards when dropped

Dec 05, 2023

I have a lesson where they perform what is required in the order that is expected for standard operating procedure. I have pallets that need to be dropped in a location and stacked, but then the delivery device needs to be secured under the pallets after they have all been stacked.  So as not to confuse the user I have each drop item appearing as needed, but doing this even if the image in the timeline is backward of the other images, it leaves it on top of them.   Is there a way to fix this?

The object you grab and drop shows on top.

However, since it's just a visual representation there's no reason you couldn't create a graphic that looks the way you want it to look when objects are dropped.

Some people will have hidden objects on the target. And when an object is dragged and dropped, they'll have a trigger to hide the dropped object and then change the state of the hidden object.

That allows you to control what you want to display visually.
