Hi, I have a test i SL360 (html5) where the "Draw questions randomly" is activated in my Question Bank. When starting the test the browser freezes (tested on Chrome and Firefox). If I turn off "Draw questions randomly" it works as a charm.
Thanks for sharing your file with me! When I tested your file, I saw the same thing you described. However, when I created a similar quiz in a new file, I did not run into the issue. This is certainly a puzzle!
I'm going to send your file to our Support Engineers for further testing. They'll reach out to you via email as soon as they have more to share!
This is also a issue I been faced with for the past 2 months, all my especially old projects just freezes as random slides. Hope the engineers find this bug and release an update.
I had a peek into Fredrick's case, and it looks like we identified some configuration on his Parallels Desktop that may have caused the issue.
Are you also using a virtual machine desktop like Parallels? We'd be happy to take a look at one of your troublesome files if you don't mind sharing it here.
