Drop-down quiz question

Hi All,

I have a drop-down quiz question and upon submitting the answers (clicking the Submit button) the answers disappear. Also, when I click the Correct/Incorrect layers the base layer with the drop-down question does not show. I don't have any of the layer hidden so I'm not sure what is going on. I also tried to create a trigger to show the layer but the base layer is not on the list to select from. Help please!
