Could you let me know a bit more about your situation? Are you viewing content through the Articulate Mobile Player or on Mobile Safari? And, in what context is the drop down menu? Is it part of a quiz, maybe a tab in the player? Any information you could provide would be helpful.
Hi Chip! Thanks for your response. I'm referring to Storyline's menu feature (table of contents) that we placed on the upper-right part of the player. We have a very long menu listing and it doesn't scroll in the iPad (mobile safari).
Hi again Christine :D (still rocking that awesome name, I see!)
Are you using a tab for the menu? Sounds like that may be the case.
This sounds very similar to an issue that was resolved with Update 3. Can you tell me what version of Storyline you're using, please? To find this information, click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline".
If you're not running version 3 (1305.2012), please download and install the update using the link below:
Once you've finished installing the update, please republish and test your course on the iPad. If the problem continues after installing the update, or if you already have Update 3 installed, please let me know.
Hi Christine! Thanks for your reply. Almost forgot about this question..
I am using Update 3 already and have re-published the course. I have tested on SCORM Cloud and the results are the same. Scrolling on the tabbed menu still does not seem to work when viewed in an iPad.
Thanks for the screenshot :) I can't see it very well, but looks like you have a pretty lengthy menu there. I know that the 2-finger scroll was an issue in version 2 and there's still some bugs we're working on related to the "pickiness" of the tab menu.
Curious, have you tried placing that tab elsewhere? Maybe on the left side?
If you could share the .STORY file, I'd be happy to check it out. Looks like it may be a large file, though. If it doesn't post here, could you send it over to us through a support case?
