I'm having an issue with the "Duplicate Selected Layer" function. I have a slide with quite a few layers. (19 thus far) When I select a layer and click the "Duplicate Selected Layer" button, all that happens is the top layer in the stack is renamed to the layer name that I was trying to duplicate, but no new layer is created, and there is no copying of any of the objects from the layer that I'm trying to duplicate.
I have seen it before, often closing and reopening will fix it. sometimes it doesn't then I just create a new layer and paste everything off the layer I needed to copy
Thanks Phil. That's basically what I've been doing. It's hit and miss, and most times I just end up copying and pasting into a new layer. But, I thought I'd throw it out there to make sure I wasn't missing something.
