Hi, I have created a Freeform Drag&Drop exercise. When the exercise is started and the user uses the chapter navigation, you see the loading bar and the e-learning freezes. How can I prevent that? Is there a way to stop a user from navigating away when the exercise was started?

When you restrict or lock navigation, you can choose whether it impacts just the menu or also disables the Previous and Next buttons on the player. Also, you can use triggers to override restricted navigation for individual slides. This article goes into more detail about that:
