Screen recording editing is limited in Storyline, so you won't be able to trim a section from the middle. One alternative is to make of copy of that video, and trim one from the end to that point, and another from the beginning to that point - essentially separating it into two clips. You could put those back on the timeline and just ensure there is a bit of overlap in their appearance/disappearance and the video elements to make it be more seamless.
You may also want to look at editing the video outside of Storyline using another software tool.
