Edit the typing in a step by step /try recording

Hello,

I have been creating simulations how to's for my company for our order management system. I am required to keep sensitive information on the order details screen private. I am teaching how to complete an order search using the order number. Naturally, I can not use the real order number in the simulation but I had to use it in the recording to correctly access the order. Is there a way I can request the learner to have to be able to type a fake number and also not have the real order number show. For example if the learner has to type in the order number, in the try state it will not be the actual number but one I make up. Also how to edit the view in the demo so that the number is a fake number. Any thoughts? If there is a way I do not have to doe these 11 scenes over I am forever grateful! picture attached.
