Editing Audio While Preserving Captions

Hello-
I am currently replacing audio for approximatly 50 modules. To be efficient, I was trying to replace the audio from the Media Library, hoping to perserve the captions. After doing this for the first module, some audio clips shows they are captioned, but the caption is showing "no longer in use", and not showing when I preview the slide. My only solution is to export the caption file for each slide and import it back in. I feel like I am missing something right in front of me! I attached an image in case my message is confusing. Thank you!

Hello Amy,
Happy to help!
The captions will show as being "Not Used" when you replace a media file with another media file whose duration is shorter than the captions file. If you replace a media file that has captions with an audio file of equal or longer length, then the captions should remain in use when you close the media library.
Hope this helps!
Thank you Jose! I had no idea! I often wonder what other things I might not know or missed when I was first learing how to use Storyline!
Much Thanks!
