To make any edits to a course you need to have the Story file. To use an analogy, the output files are like a cake that has already been baked and the Story file is like the ingredients. You would have to change "ingredients" before "baking".

Thanks, I had hoped with it being a setting rather than actual content, one of the js files or something could be amended. Back to the drawing board!
