I’m beginning work as a freelance instructional developer and I find myself wondering how to deliver e-learning to small businesses and organizations that don’t have a learning management system. This has been one of the many hurdles I’ve come to in my race to building a successful ID business.

There are a few different ways to publish your courses for people that don't have an LMS. The two best options would be to publish to the web or publish to video. Here is an article with more about publishing and sharing content.
