Elements not staying in the correct state in HTML5

I think I've come across an HTML5 issue in Storyline2. I have slide that has an element that is supposed to go “hidden” when 3 other elements change to a “visited” state. However, when the user returns to this slide, the hidden element is still visible. When viewing this story through the Preview in Storyline2 or through HTML, the element changes to and remains in a “hidden” state as anticipated.
Has anyone else encountered this? I’m still new to Storyline and will gladly welcome any alternative methods. I have to use HTML5 for these particular presentations.
Thanks in advance.

Hi John!
Do you have a .story file that we could take a look at and see this in action?
Thanks for the response and apologies for my delayed response. I figured out a way to handle it. The magic of variables!!!
In short, I had the element start with the timeline when the variable was set to True. When the state changed to Visited, I added a trigger that would change the Value from True to False.
Glad to hear that you were able to reach resolution and thank you for popping back in to share your update John.
