Email (Error Code 2)

Every time I try to publish a course and send it via email, an Error Code 2 message pops up and I am unable to send my files to anyone. I have double checked my default mail client and updated to the latest version of Storyline but that did not solve the issue.
I have also tried copying the files to a USB, but the project would not start.
This issue has been going on for about a week now, and is becoming a major issue in terms of sharing content.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!
Resolved: The zipped file was too large to send via email. Ended up sharing the project by publishing it as a CD and then transferring the files on a USB drive.

Is it possible that a firewall in your network scans outgoing mail and blocks zip or exe attachments?
Hi Diana!
So, you are not seeing the new e-mail pop up from your mail client?
If you wish to be able to distribute the content for local playback or via USB, be sure you are publishing for CD.
Not to my knowledge. I have sent and received zip files through my network in the past.
That is correct; I am not seeing the new e-mail pop up.
Hi Diana,
Have you checked the other options here for sharing the content?
I have tried the different sharing options; the email function does not work for any of them.
Hi Diana,
My apologies for not being clearer - I didn't mean to publish as such and then try to email, but to publish using one of the other methods and then share by uploading it to one of the web server options or similar.
If you try starting an email from within your email client can you find the zipped file there to attach and see if that version goes through?
This looks like a neat tool (please note, not ours) to checking and testing your default mail client. Not sure if that may help you drill down a bit better. Have you tried manually e-mailing the published content?
The file is too big to manually email the content. I am starting to think that the file size is the actual issue.
Hi Diana,
If it's too larger to email, than you won't be able to use the "email" button from within Storyline as that's relying on your email client. It's not anything external to how Storyline is uploading or sending that file.
