Is there anyway to email the actual quiz with correct answers and results to the training coordinator so that they can track the results of the quizzes without the students seeing the correct answers to the quiz?
Hi, Paul -- Thank you for your question. Articulate Storyline Doesn't Include an Email Results Feature. We want every feature in our software to work well. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email quiz results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in new products.
Hi, Toby -- Unfortunately, I am not aware of a method of sending results via a csv file or to a spreadsheet, but there may be another option that could be a suitable workaround. You could use the print results feature to have the student responses sent, and possibly publish to Word and give that file to the Training Coordinator; that should have the correct responses on it.
Hi Christine are you aware of any free lms systems that storyline can send results to? I really need to get results into a datsbase so I can automate certain activities.
