I currently have an Email trigger set up at the end of a quiz which seems very standard and generic, I really want this to contain prepopulated information (staff name, department & tel No) to go to the IT team for release of username and password due to successful completion of course.
Also, be aware that email triggers rely on client-side mail programs, such as Outlook, to send the emails. Tighter security restrictions in modern browsers, operating systems, anti-virus programs, and anti-spam programs can sometimes interfere with this process. So be sure to test this out for your environment.
