Emailing Follow-Up Items to Learners
Jun 04, 2015
Hello!
I have an idea and need feedback about how difficult it would be to implement and how to make it happen if it is realistic.
The course is about how to delegate. I would like an email to go to the learner as a reminder about why the feel delegating would benefit them as a manager and how to overcome their own roadblocks to doing so.
I'm thinking the first part could be accomplished with a results slide. The other one is a little more tricky since the quiz would be which reason(s) do you not delegate (they could choose multiple) and based on their selection, the email would have the suggestions for how to overcome it. There is a layer on a slide that has the information, and the email is an additional reinforcement.
Thoughts?
Thank you!

Hi Jill,
Storyline doesn't have a feature to send email results or information to users, but you could look at implementing an element of Javascript to send the information. It's not something we can offer support for, but there are some best practices you could review here.
Thank you!
