Hi, I was wanting to know if it is possible to embed a Touchcast video into Storyline 2 as a lightbo slide? I have added the embed code but even when published, the video won't play. I understand there are issues with YouTube but is there a known issue with Touchcast?
I wasn't able to use the embed code for a Touchcast video, it consistently crashed my Storyline. However, I could use the video URL in a Storyline webobject. See a quick test here.
I also wanted to share a reminder that you'll want to test the published output by uploading to your intended environment vs. testing it locally as that could be why the video is not playing as expected.
If as Michael mentioned you're able to share the video URL, we'd be happy to take a look at testing it.
