We are using Storyline's HTML5 output and recently republished our content using update 6. We imbedded a web-object on a page that is not in the main sequence (scene) that our users navigate through. When our users get to a certain page in their scene we lightbox the slide that has the embedded web-object so our users can interact with that object without leaving their place in the scene. However when you close out the lightbox, none of the custom navigation buttons work on the page. The only way to navigate is to use the menu which we typically don't instruct our users to use.
It was working fine before we updated to version 6.
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior, and I'd like to take a look at your course (or even just a few slides) to see how you have things set up and try to replicate the behavior. You can attach it here by using the paperclip icon and you'll want to share the .story file.
Also, you mentioned you're using the HTML5 output - are you viewing this on your iPad in mobile Safari, Google Chrome on your PC?
We're using mostly Google Chrome to view our published content right now. As for sharing the file, I'm happy to share it but is there a place I can put it where it's not public? Dropbox? Google Drive?
You're welcome to send me a link to it from Google Drive or Dropbox as a private message, but I'll also send you directions on how you can share it with me directly.
