That sounds like a custom set-up is needed which is outside of our realm of support. You can find our supported methods of publishing and sharing your courses and we recommend using an LMS for tracking and collecting data. Hopefully, someone in the community will be able to pop in and help you out here.

I am not aware that this is possible.
