I have imported some Engage interactions into my Storyline Scene. When I publish all I get is a blank screen where the Engage Interaction should be. I am using trial versions.
Are you viewing the published content locally, by any chance? If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review this article for details.
If you have already uploaded the content to an LMS or web server, can you tell me what web browser you're using to view the content?
Thank you so much for your immediate reply. I am publishing and using locally as I need to give an off-line demo. I switched browsers from Chrome to IE and it works fine now.
