I have imported Engage Interactions into Storyline and when in 'storyview' there is an error that says something about Adobe Flash Player settings and local storage error. When I try to publish the eLearn it creates an Articulate error.
I have worked with the Articulate team and discovered it was a couple of engage interactions that were causing the bug. We removed them and then reinserted them and the module will publish now.

It sounds like the Engage interaction was published for Flash only. I'd recommend republishing the Engage interaction to include HTML5 output.
After, you should have no problem importing the interaction in Storyline and publishing it for LMS.
