I currently have a checkbox employees need to check in order to acknowledge a policy and advance in the course. Is it possible to have the enter their initials in the checkbox to indicate acknowledgement instead of checking the box? How would I set this up?
Technically it's possible to replace the checkbox (like in this example) with a text entry (like in this example). Without a way to somehow verify/check the initials, I wonder though how useful that would be. I guess you could pull in the learner's username from your LMS (if you have one) and use a Javascript to parse the initials from the username and then compare it to the text entry. Is that what you have in mind?
