Some people who have passed one of our Storyline courses, and are in the midst of reviewing the quiz questions to see what they may have missed, are getting a pop-up during the review saying that they failed.
I haven't heard of this before, and I don't know of any pop ups within Storyline that would say such - there is normally just the failure layer within Storyline. Can you share with us the .story file or an image of what's happening? Have you checked with your LMS to see if they had any thoughts about this pop up image?
