Hi Sinchu!

Be sure that you do not have Word running when performing this export.

I recommend importing the slides from the original course into a new file in Storyline. If you haven't already tried this, it may help:

Importing from Another Storyline Project - E-Learning Heroes

We have had reports of this issue before, but all of the support cases have been system or file specific, so I do not have a direct resolution to share.

I have closed all the application and  even i restarted my system to export the text but still i am facing the same issue, i just created the dummy file and there also i am facing the same issue

How importing slide will help me to export the text it in word format? i am not looking for this.

i have 5 storyline licence and tested in all the system and facing the same issue and i am not able to find the solution and i feel its a storyline bug, even my client also facing the same issue,

If you think its a file issue then share a sample file which is working fine, let me try it in my system?

its really a critical stage where we need to export the text for translation and badly seeking a help from you guys,

Regards

Sinchu.

Hi, Sayuj -- Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue also. Do you and your colleague have the same versions of operating systems, software, etc. on both of your machines? I'm just curious as to why it will function properly on their machine but will not on yours. You are welcome to share your file here if you'd like us to check it out, as well!
