I haven't seen that error message before. Can you tell us when and where you're seeing it? I assume that you're seeing this message when uploading or running it in the LMS? You may want to test the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content, and you'll need to follow these directions for uploading AICC content.
Yesterday I did get it fixed. I have always used "Completed/Incomplete" for my courses. When I select that option in Storyline, it fails on SCORM Cloud. I set it to the default "Incomplete/Passed" and it works just fine. Thank you for your suggestions.
Ashley - what file will show me the filename and the LMS output options after I publish the file? I want to verify that a file was published using AICC, as well as the Filename (URL). Thanks!
Hi Deb! I do not make it a practice of digging into the output files since we do not support the modification of such anyway. You should be able to pop into your project files and the last publish option will be stored and you can see the file name in your output folder, but the actual URL will be dependent on where you uploaded the content.
