Uh oh - I imagine that error message was a tad frightening!
I tested upgrading my own Articulate 360, and you will see after doing that Storyline 3 will also go through a reinstallation the next time you open it. If it's getting stuck somewhere for you, I'd start by repairing Storyline 3 and if you're still running into this odd error message can you connect with our Support Engineers?

I rebooted the system and somehow it got fixed :)
