This afternoon, I was trying to update Articulate 360. Recently, I received an e-mail from Articulate Support about needing to update 360 before 8/24. When I click on the Update button, within the blue banner, on the Articulate 360 interface, I see that the update downloads and trys to install, but then I get the same message as the post above. There are also updates for Storyline 360 and Studio 360, but I can install them until after the Articulate 360 updates is done.
