Error Message when using links

I'm hoping for some more help. I want to use the go to a URL link as a trigger and getting the following error message. I was hoping someone might have seen this before and have a solution. Thanks.

that message is when you are viewing locally, some browsers don't allow the links. Try publishing and uploading it to a webserver or if you are publishing to LMS, upload to Scormcloud - hope that helps

If you publish to Web, then you can probably view it locally and be able to access the links.
