Error Report Pop-Ups

Hi,
I just submitted a ticket to Support but wanted to see if anyone has had similar issues.
Two days ago, I received error report pop-ups when entering text. One of the heroes suggested me to close windows and try again. I did that, but it didn't resolve the issue.
Yesterday and today, I still received the same message but it appeared when clicking Preview. I can't preview slide, scene, or entire project... Not sure what is happening. I have projects due and need help as soon as possible.
Your help will be very appreciated!

Same is happening to me now. Was this solved?? (evidently not, but oh well)
