Error when publishing and previewing

I have been working on an Articulate Storyline 360 project for a couple days and now whenever I try to preview or publish I get and error message.  I've removed all images. I started a new project and it saves and publishes.  Any idea of what's going on? My trial ends in 5 weeks and I need this product for grad school but we are also testing it for work.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy to jump in with a few next steps:

  • If the error report happens in a specific file: It's possible a corrupt object is causing the preview and publish to break. These steps to import the slides into a new project should help.
  • If in multiple files: A fresh installation of Storyline 360 should help. Here are the steps.
