I wanted to check with you and see if the issue has been resolved. If not, try the following:
1. Open up Word
2. Create a new document and save it
Sometimes, there will be an update to Word that requires re-activation. Thus, we're unable to actually publish to Word until the activation has been completed. Alternatively, there may be some other dialog box that pops up when Word starts that prevents us from using the process. Just make sure that Word will open and work as expected.
If the steps outlined by Brian aren't resolving the issue, I'd next to a look at this article and follow the troubleshooting steps within it. And of course, you're always welcome to contact our support team for further help. Thanks!
Thanks for the tips - unfortunately none of it worked. It's only a one-off for someone who doesn't have computer access to some short child protection training we're running. I'll take screen shots & print them off manually.

Hi
Just wondering if an answer had been found - I'm having exactly the same error. Using MS Word 2010 on Windows 7 64bit.
Thanks
