Errors when running Elearning on IPads

Has anyone experienced problems when having multiple delegates using the same device?
A couple of errors keep popping up...
User 1 logs into iPad with their user details , fully completes e-learning module (X), logs off and closes browser
User 2 then opens browser, logs into their personal account opens up an e-learning module (same or different module- I've tested both) and the last slide of module (X) appears.
The user then has to close the window and try again - AFter this all works fine
But there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when this occurs - And I'm not sure whether its Articulate Storyline doing this or the Articulate App. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi Naty!
Can you confirm whether you're using an HTML5-supported browser, or the Articulate Mobile Player app? The Mobile Player isn't really designed to allow login credentials to be passed through a secure site.
Whereas if you're using an HTML5 browser, it sounds like it may be a caching issue.
Any more info you can provide would be great. Thanks!
Hi Peter,
You'll have to forgive me I'm not experienced in the tech areas. so I'm not sure what you mean about "credentials being passed through secure site"
I have installed the Articulate App and the browser is Safari -
The E-learning modules are all running fine and I'm currently getting reporting back via Articulate Online. All staff are able to log on & Off with no issues
Thank you
Great, Naty! So it sounds like your users are no longer running into the issue you described above? If you're looking for more info on publishing courses for iPad, there's a ton of great stuff to be found here.
Let us know if you're still having trouble with multiple logins, or if you run into anything else.
Thanks!
