I would like the user to go through all the layers, then return to the base layer and have the next button appear when all layers are visited. How do I make that happen?
I suggest you have a look at the file I attached. I removed the slide trigger from the baselayer that changes the Next button and added a trigger to each of the X buttons that changes the Next button to Normal when X is clicked under the condition that the 3 pics are in Visited state.

You need to add a trigger to the X button on each layer, see attached.
What did I miss? It isn't working for me.
