Examples of LMS and Storyline Integration?

I have just begun developing in Storyline, and I'd really like to see some examples of how people approach integrating Storyline with an LMS. There is a stark difference between the interface of an LMS like Blackboard and the Storyline interface, so it seems that it would not provide for a very smooth and elegant flow for the student.  

Also, are you able to embed the storyline interface within the Blackboard frame, or does it always have to open in a new window? In my previous experience with Softchalk, I couldn't get it to work without opening a new window. I don't like doing that since it takes away the left-hand navigation in Blackboard and may disorient the student.
