Exception during import Power Point

Ugh...what does this mean? The very first thing I try to do....the very first thing and I get a pop error. UGH STORYLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Karen,

Sorry about the trouble you're having with this. Errors are never fun, but hopefully we'll have you up and running soon!

First, ensure your Articulate files (Storyline, PowerPoint file etc) are all local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes you've made to your project, and loss of resources. For more information, take a look at this article.

And if you haven't done so, download and install the latest Storyline software (Update 1). This is to ensure you are running the version with latest enhancement and fixes. 

After installing the latest version, restart your computer then test your software again.
