Exception during Import PowerPoint

Dear Sir/Madam,

Storyline is failing to import a PowerPoint slide show I am working on. I have viewed Production Support page Articulate 360 - Storyline 360: Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation - Articulate Support.

The PowerPoint file is 79MB. Is it possible the file is too big for Storyline to import?

Hi Philip!

Sorry you are having trouble getting your PowerPoint slides imported to Storyline!

79 MB is not that large so it seems doubtful that would be the cause of the issue. Just some clarifying questions:

Which version of PowerPoint you are currently running?
Can you confirm that you are working and saving on your local hard drive?
Does the project file name you are using have any special characters in it?

If you’d like to share your PowerPoint file either here or privately through a support case we'd be happy to test it out further. Sometimes a corrupt slide could cause an import to fail.
