Exception during Import Powerpoint

I am trying to import a PP for the slides in Articulate Storyline 3.  When I received the message, I tried updating to the latest version, then tried again. I still receive this message (screenshot attached).

I tried the fix of opening a new PP, selecting existing slides from the home tab, but that did not help anything either.  Your help is appreciated.
