I'm able to save the STANDARD color schemes/skins in Articulate 3 to a file, but it won't save a CUSTOM color scheme/skin? When I click the button, nothing happens. What's the deal?

doesn't work. i click on the save scheme to a file - nothing happens.

Could I have you open this folder in Windows Explorer:
%AppData%\Articulate\Storyline\3\Players(I created this quick video on how to find that area!)Let me know if there are no .xml files there. We'll explore our next course of action from there!
