Export to Word not working

Does the freezing happen when you try to export any file or a particular one? If with any project: a simple Storyline repair should help.  

If with a particular project: are you comfortable with sharing the affected .story file with us for testing? We'll delete it after troubleshooting. If that works for you, send it along by using this private upload link!

We'll get to the bottom of this together!

I did the software update a week ago and it worked. 

Now, it is freezing again when I try to publish via Storyline 3 to Word.
