Exporting images and text into Word

Oct 28, 2022

Hello! I am assisting on a project for English/Spanish translation. In the project, the SMEs are wanting to compare the original English source content with the translation and ensure that any edits to comprehensibility can be made. In other words, they want to create a chart of image (to identify page), English source, and Spanish source. What would you recommend as the easiest way to do so?

Thank you!

I don't know any easy way to get both the English and Spanish versions into one document.

However, you could use the Translations function to export both the English and Spanish versions into Word documents. Then the editors could open both documents, and compare the text side-by-side.

(You could also start with those Word files, and then copy all the text pieces from one language file and paste them into the other. But that'd be a lot more work.)
