Extra feedback on numeric and text quiz questions when reviewing

Hi - I have built an assessment that has multiple choice, T/F, numeric entry and text entry questions.  I noticed that when reviewing the test results, there is extra feedback showing up on the screen with no font standardization that is making my reviews look bad.  Is there any way to eliminate this feedback but keep the Correct and Incorrect bars on the bottom and the green check marks on the other types of questions (eliminate them from numeric entry and text entry)?
