I created a Food Safety training in Storyline 360, but when I published it, I published to SCORM 2004. The LMS I am using will only import SCORM 1.2 files, but I am unable to locate the source Storyline file in order to re-publish. Aside from re-creating the training, is there anything I can do to retrieve the source file either from the SL output file or the zip file?

You would need the original source Storyline file to make any changes. You cannot "reverse-engineer" a published file.
