From few days I am facing issue while using content library. I can not access any media content from liabrary..even cannot replace existing item. It is a paid version I am using.
I'm sorry you're having an issue accessing the content library! I'd start troubleshooting network endpoints and ports. Here's an article with more details.
Are you using Storyline at work? If so, you might have to get your IT department to help out with this.
