Failing to publish

Feb 01, 2016

Hi.  First I had problems with importing a video in my project, now I've solved this with using the import flash button, selecting all files, then selecting my MP4 file.  Now the project in Storyline 2.7 won't publish.  Any ideas?

Hi. I'm able to preview the project, but now when I attempt to publish to my desktop before importing to our LMS it fails to publish - saying something went wrong.

Hi Donna!

Did you import into a new file and try it then or is that when you received the error? Have you attempted the repair yet?

If you need me to take a look, you are welcome to share your .story file here.

Hi Leslie.

Thank you so much for your support! I now think the problem is our internal IM - we have lots of security on our system, and won't be able to send out more than 40mb via email - the video is 72mb! Another of my colleagues tried to publish with a video, and this also failed - which is why we need our IM to have a look.

Kind regards
