Feature request - Quiz propagation between projects

Hello, I have some quizzes that are used for two separate and distinct purposes.

First, I have like 20 individual quizzes that are used in a classroom course setting. They make part of a certification course and are in individual projects. 

Second,  those same quiz questions are used as a re-certification test for those who have already achieved certification. There are total, about 115 questions.  They are imported in a single project, and the idea is that the quiz will select like 50 randomized questions for the individuals to complete.

What I find lacking is that I have to maintain these questions in two separate locations; in the individual courses and in the re-certification test. This makes maintenance of the courses confusing and time consuming on the development side. It would be nice to have some kind of propagation or synchronization between them...
